Arora Physical Therapy and Wellness does not accept insurance as an out-of-network provider. This means that we are not restricted by insurance limitations in terms of care provided or time constraints. Accepting insurance can prevent much needed care for your specific diagnosis. Upon request, we can provide an invoice, which can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of service, so that you have no surprise medical bills in the future.

Yes, but it is an out-of-pocket cost and you are unable to ask for invoices for reimbursement. 

In the state of Massachusetts, you do not need a physician referral or prescription for physical therapy services. 

We come to you. We provide one-on-one, individualized orthopedic and pelvic floor specialized care within the comfort of your own home. You will only be seen by one therapist throughout your care which allows for more efficient and effective treatment. 

At your first visit, you can expect a thorough review of your medical history, your current symptoms and a discussion of your goals. You will receive a comprehensive and thorough orthopedic examination, education about your diagnosis and information regarding your prognosis/ plan of care. If being seen for pelvic floor therapy, you may need an internal exam(vaginal or rectal) depending on your complaints. You have the right to decline an internal assessment at any time without question or judgement. Certain aspects of the pevlic floor can only be assessed through an internal exam, but know there are other tools and techniques that can be utilized to aide in recovery.

Everyone is different and your care should be individualized to you. At the end of your first visit, your provider will determine the frequency and duration of your visits as part of your plan of care based on the findings of the evaluation.
