About Dr. Sheetal Soni Arora

Dr. Soni is the owner and lead physical therapist at Arora Physical Therapy & Wellness. She graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2015 from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts. 

She is a Board Certified Physical Therapist with specialties in pelvic health, orthopedics, pediatrics, and aquatics. She started her own practice after working in multiple settings and finding that the ONLY thing they all cared about was money and efficiency. None of them cared about patients or their outcomes. Dr. Soni  believes that 1:1 patient care is the key to getting better and staying better. She utilizes a holistic approach to achieving patient goals and incorporates functional exercise into already established routines. 

In her free time, you can find Dr. Soni playing disc golf with friends, cuddling up on the couch with a good book, playing with makeup (she is a certified makeup artist), dancing her heart out, or eating. She doesn’t discriminate. All foods deserve to be tried at least once.
